How to send Bulk WhatsApp Message to your customers

Due to WhatsApp policy, to send bulk WhatsApp messages to your customers you must have the phone numbers are contacts to avoid ban.
To Add Contact
- Click on “Phonebook” Menu
- Enter “Phonebook title” and click on the “Add” Button
- Click on the “+” on the phonebook created
- You can add contacts to the phonebook, either by typing it our or uploading CSV
- By Typing: Type Contact Name, Insert Mobile Number with Country Code and click on “Submit” you will repeat this process for all contacts.
- By CSV upload: This process is when you want to upload multiple contacts at the same time. Download the sample CSV file to assist. in the CSV, fill the name and mobile number field, save and upload
To Create Template
- Click on “Flow Builder” Menu
- Click on “Add new flow”
- Take your mouse to the plus button by the top right
- You can create Text, Image, Document, Audio, Video, Location and Poll templates.
- Click on any of the items, lets say “Text”
- a Box will pop up, type in the template message, write in any keyword and click on the “+” sign, Click on the submit button
- Take your mouse to the “Disk icon” on the flow you just saved and click on it,
- There will be a pop-up box, type in the template name and save by clicking on okay.
- You can check the “Saved Templates” menu to see all saved templates
To Send Bulk WhatsApp Message
- Click on the “Sending” Menu
- Click on “Broadcast” Menu
- Click on the “Add” Button
- Enter the “Campaign Title” Name
- Select the Connected “Instance” the WhatsApp number you want to use for the broadcast, you can use more than one instances, when you use more than one instances, it auto rotates in the sending among the instances.
- Select the Template
- Select the Phonebook
- Click on the ‘Submit” button to start your broadcast
Important Notice on Bulk Messaging
According to WhatsApp Policy, You can only send bulk messages to people who saved you on their phone as a contact or people you have had a conversation with previously.
JejeChat has a Bulk Messaging Feature, but we encourage you to only send bulk messages to your customers who you have had previous conversations with to avoid being banned by Whatsapp.
JejeChat will not be held responsible if you are banned by Whatsapp for violating their policies.
